George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston TX/(BankOne) — Valuation of an air cargo facility of 169,010 sq. ft. on 8.398 acres of land.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (BankOne) — Appraisal of complex of cargo buildings located on the northern airside land inventory at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The complex is an amalgam of pre-existing aviation related structures such as an open bay hangar, and a now abandoned motel, and more modern, dedicated airside cargo buildings used for cargo sortation. The complex is located on 22.55 acres of airside property, and also includes a large ramp area on which large air carrier type aircraft can be parked while cargo is enplaned and deplaned.

Rickenbacker Air Industrial Park, Columbus, Ohio — Provided valuation services and consulting services to Turner Construction Company with regard to Flying Tigers' 275,000 sq. ft. air cargo hub.

Federal Express Corporation — Value studies of air cargo facilities at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport, Anchorage International Airport and Chicago O’Hare Airport. Provided valuation and consulting services with regard to disposition of airport cargo properties in three key metropolitan locations.

Roncari Development — Valuation of cargo building at Bradley International Airport, Hartford, Connecticut.

Japan Airlines — Age life study regarding Hangar 14 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, New York. Appraisal conducted in conjunction with rehabilitation and reconstruction of maintenance hangar to state of the art cargo facility/office building.

Trans-World Airlines (various locations) — Appraisal and appraisal review regarding various TWA properties in a variety of locations such as JFK International Airport, New York, Chicago O’Hare Airport, Philadelphia International Airport and Boston Logan Airport.

Haith Airport Facilities Inc., Lambert International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri — Determination of Market Rental for site underlying major airside cargo cross-dock facility.

Charlotte-Douglas International, Charlotte, North Carolina — Valuation of two off-airport cargo facilities, consisting of large quantities of improved and unimproved land.

Detroit Metro Airport, Detroit, Michigan — Valuation of unimproved land to determine compensation as a part of an airport land acquisition and runway expansion program.

Beason-Simon/National Jets, Fort Lauderdale International Aiport, Fort Lauderdale, Florida — Valuation of airside cargo facility in conjunction with a long term lease from the property ownership with Federal Express Corporation.
